People often believe that the feelings and emotions they experience are determined by external factors or events. We come to these conclusions automatically, however if we stop and think its actually our thoughts that influence our feelings. Its never the situation or the words or actions of the other person, but how we perceive that situation or the person’s action.
Emotions are like powerful program that define our abilities: How we “Think”,”Act and “Feel”. Our emotions control the way we operate and experience the world. Basic emotions that we experience are
Apathy ,Greed, Fear, Lust, Anger, Pride, Courageousness, Acceptance etc.
Take a little time to consider your current state and you will find yourself in one of these emotions. In different areas of our lives we operate in different emotions, but there is typically one dominant emotion in which we reside most of the time.
