Anybody can become angry – that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way – that is not within everybody’s power and is not easy….

  1. Emotions are very strong. Sometimes it just isn’t possible to keep from wanting to scream at someone. I find it’s better to ignore them. I hope you found what works for you 🙂

  2. Hi Tulips,
    anger is such a tricky emotion, one that i’m still learning to manage.
    In my family I was taught not to express anger, but that’s not healthy.
    Being angry all the time is not healthy either.
    I find anger sometimes comes up to show me something. It’s an emotion that really gets my attention. My anger sometimes shows me I’ve got something to change or something to forgive.
